Flourless chocolate cake!

Ingredients for the base:
4 eggs, 200g dark chocolate, 100g butter, 4 tbsp coconut sugar, 100ml whipped creamIngredients for the cream:
150ml whipped cream, 1 tbsp cream fix, 1 tbsp honey, 250g strawberries
Glaze ingredients:
100g dark chocolate, 100ml whipped cream
INSTRUCTIONS
- preheat the oven to 160°C / 320℉
- separate egg whites from egg yolk
- in one bowl whisk (mix) the egg whites with pinch of salt until firm
- in another bowl mix egg yolks with sugar
- melt the chocolate with butter and add whipped cream; when it cools a little add the mixture of egg yolks and sugar and then egg whites
- pour the mixture into a 20 cm mold, put a bowl filled with water in the oven under the baking rack and then put the mold on the rack and bake for 30-40 min or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean
- while it cools, mix the whipped cream with honey and cream fix and then coat the base with it
- cut the strawberries and put on the cream
- melt chocolate for the glaze and add whipped cream,let cool for a bit, then put all over strawberries and cake. Store in the fridge.
