Flourless chocolate cake with strawberries

Flourless chocolate cake!  

The best chocolate cake without flour - very soft, creamy and melts in your mouth! Easy to make, only few ingredients...



Delicious flourless chocolate cake, with strawberries, gluten free

SERVINGS: 10-12
TOTAL TIME: 2 hours 


Ingredients for the base:
4 eggs, 200g dark chocolate,  100g butter, 4 tbsp coconut sugar, 100ml whipped cream
Ingredients for the cream:
150ml whipped cream, 1 tbsp cream fix, 1 tbsp honey, 250g strawberries
Glaze ingredients:
100g dark chocolate, 100ml whipped cream





INSTRUCTIONS


  1. preheat the oven to 160°C / 320℉
  2. separate egg whites from egg yolk
  3. in one bowl whisk (mix) the egg whites with pinch of salt until firm
  4. in another bowl mix egg yolks with sugar
  5. melt the chocolate with butter and add whipped cream; when it cools a little add the mixture of egg yolks and sugar and then egg whites
  6. pour the mixture into a 20 cm mold, put a bowl filled with water in the oven under the baking rack and then put the mold on the rack and bake for 30-40 min or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean
  7. while it cools, mix the whipped cream with honey and cream fix and then coat the base with it
  8. cut the strawberries and put on the cream
  9. melt chocolate for the glaze and add whipped cream,let cool for a bit, then put all over strawberries and cake.  Store in the fridge.
