How to make a perfect oatmeal!
I never liked oatmeal because I didn't really even know how to make one. But fortunately, I didn't stop trying. I found this AMAZING recipe on Instagram and all the credit goes to the girl who published it! I'm grateful that I found it! It is my favorite way to make oatmeal in the morning for breakfast and it fills me up until lunch. That is for sure THE CREAMIEST OATMEAL you will ever eat. Check it out!!!

INGREDIENTS
- 40 g oats
- 200 ml water
- 100 ml milk (any type) or water
- 10 g pudding powder any flavor (for example dr. Oetker)**
- tbsp coconut sugar (or other sweetener of choice)
- dash of salt
- tsp vanilla extract
- Put oats, salt, vanilla extract, sugar and water (200 ml) in the pot. In another small bowl put milk and pudding powder, whisk until powder doesn't melt and it's nicely combined. Put that bowl aside.
- Cook oatmeal in the pot (stir while you cook) until you get desired consistency (when it starts to boil and is thick enough but not too thick!!) and then pour in the pudding mixture from the small bowl.
- Keep cooking for at least another 5 minutes, to boil for a while. Stir all the time while cooking.
- When it's done, put in a bowl but before rinse the bowl a little with water so it doesn't stick.
- Add topping, if desired. (It's yummy on its own too)
