AVOCADO PUDDING

INGREDIENTS

- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1-2 tbsp almond milk / any other kind of milk (add more if it's too thick for your taste)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Put everything in the blender and mix until even and smooth.
Recommendations
Use frozen banana if you have any in the freezer.
Top with fruit (like strawberries) and shredded coconut or nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, cashews...); nothing's off limits.

The purpose of each ingredient
Banana - makes it sweet (if it's not enough sweet for you, add sweetener of choice; stevia, coconut sugar, maple syrup, honey, sweet drops, erythritol...).
Avocado and chia seeds - for texture.
Milk - for consistency.
Cocoa powder - for flavor, gives the taste of chocolate.
Salt - for enhancing the taste.
