CHOCOLATE COCONUT GRANOLA
HERE'S HOW TO MAKE DELICIOUS CRUNCHY GRANOLA
I love granola recipes because you can play with them and change them as much as you like! You can add any nuts, seeds, grains and mix flavors how you prefer. There are really a lot of options when it comes to granola, but this one is the best for me so far!
So here goes the recipe...

INGREDIENTS:
- 180 g whole grains / rolled oats (i used mixture of oats, rye and wheat)
- 25 g flax seed
- 35 g shredded coconut
- tbsp cocoa powder
- 60 g honey (or maple syrup)
- 35 g coconut oil (melted)
- tsp vanilla extract
- tbsp coconut sugar (optional)
- preheat the oven to 325 F/170 C and put baking paper into the baking sheet
- you need two bowls; in first stir together grains with flax seed and shredded coconut
- in other bowl put cocoa powder, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract and coconut sugar, whisk until smooth
- put the mixture in the first bowl and stir until everything is nicely combined
- lay out the mixture evenly in the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes (be careful not to burn, STIR EVERY 5 MINUTES to bake evenly)
- when done, remove from the oven and allow to cool fully
- store and enjoy
